Interactive Chart Line

I want a strategy to DrawHorizontalLine on chart.
I then want to drag that line on the chart to a new location with the mouse.
Then I want the strategy to do something based on the new line location.

Is this possible?
What method can be used to return the line value from a chart?

Yes this is possible. Our documentation is still in the works however, you can do a search in the forum for "DrawObjects" which is a collection of draw objects generated manually on a chart the strategy is running on and of any objects drawn from the strategy itself, and read all relevant posts.
