Stocks Commission only "per share"

Commissions can be seen in NT7 unfortunately only on the American way, like:
USD 0.005 per share, minimum USD 1

All European stocks you give the Commission but as a percentage, like:
0.12% of trade value, minimum EUR 6.00

It would be great if in NT7 the Commission also may enter "in % of trade value".
