Switching from one stock symbol to another

I connected to my futures broker first and opened a new futures chart and began switching between futures symbols no problem just by typing on the keyboard then I connected to Yahoo for daily stock data and opened a new chart for AAPL but when I typed in POT trying to switch to the new stock symbol the chart hung up then typed in BGU and the program crashed. Has this been encountered before?

Upon NT7 restart cannot connect to futures broker at all, control center not responding. I closed the daily stock chart and am not connected to yahoo. Fifth time NT7 not responding upon restart and unsuccessful connect. It also locks up when I tried to "reset DB" and upon "reset DB" the program crashed and had to shut down.

Thanks for your reply. Would it be possible to get from subscriber-support2.com, that is where both zip files were sent containing the data you requested and I have never posted log/trace info before. Looks like 259181 and 259187 are associated with the 2 emails. Thanks.

Closed all charts

Ok Josh closing all charts allowed me to repair DB and now I cannot duplicate the problem. Thanks
