    Trade Marker error

I placed a trade and was filled on Super Dom. When I tried to move my stop by using the trade marker on the chart itself, instead of the marker moving in sync with the mouse, it jumped past my entry point and took me out of the trade. The same thing happened when I tried to move my limit marker on another trade.

    reicog,

Hmm. I am unable to reproduce such behavior. Is there anything more information you can provide? As you click to move the order, before you press down a second time to finalize the amend, you should see the cell highlight where your mouse is. That is the cell it will drop the order on. Can you please clarify? Thank you.

      Trade Marker error

Sorry, that's all I have. It is an intermittent problem. I encountered the same thing yesterday. All I can add is that I am familiar with this procedure and use it all the time. I experienced this problem when using the latest version of NT

What kind of initial trade was placed? Were ATM strategies used? Stop strategies on top of those ATM strategies?

Buy order on ES-ATM strategy was 2 point target with a stop of 5 ticks. No stop strategy on top of ATM strategy.

Tried a couple more times and was still unable to reproduce. If you ever come by additional information in isolating this we would be interested to know. Thank you.

              Linear vs. Logarithmic type chart

Thought you might like to know, this error was triggered when I was in the logarithmic mode. If I try to use the chart trader by right clicking on the chart after I have placed my cursor on the entry point, the buy limit price is way off. When I switch to linear in the properties box, the data is correct.
