Data discrepancy with Renko chart

    Data discrepancy with Renko chart

    There seems to be a huge gap in data between renko and minute charts on the 6e for 12/23. Reloading histircal data returns the same discrepancy. Any ideas?

    Suggest you open up a tick chart as range charts are based off of tick charts and compare the data directly that way.

      No gap on the tick chart only the renko chart... I also dont show any volume for that period on the renko but tick and range charts have it.

        Please attach your data set as exported from NT. Will need tick and minute files. Thank you.

                Your minute export only contained one day which is not enough to see your issue. Can you please export some more days? Thank you.

                    With your data set, my renko bars come up as expected. Please try clearing your cache and building new renko charts. Close NT, go to Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\Cache and delete everything in there. Then restart NT.

                      Started up the charts this am and it looks like it resolved it self. Thanks for the help... Pretty odd because prior to you suggesting I clear my cache I uninstalled NT7 and deleted all folders but the problem still persisted after re-install.
