Cant chart migrated replay data

I have installed Beta 6 and run NT7 32, migrated data from 6.5 as per NT7 prompt.

Now I have file Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\data\20090317\ES 06-09.ntm

I connected to Market Replay Data connection.

I added ES 06-09 into instruments

I opened new chart for ES 06-09 - nothing in there although replay is playing.

I looked into Data Series and EndDate was 17/03/2008

I disconnected from Market Replay and changed EndDate to 17/03/2009

I connected Replay and chart still doesnt show anything at all.

The Replay file definitely was working OK with 6.5, NT7 showed some charts with some old data (I am not sure where did it came from but I could manage to chart 14/03/2008 historical data for ES), so it should work. I am just missing some small bit...

Suggest you check your chart's Session Template. Try setting it to Default 24/7. You can also try putting the instrument up on a DOM.

good idea. I tried DOM and there is nothing.. If Replay window is running and the time is ticking in the caption - does it mean that there can be no data and it still be ticking?

Problem is that I cant connect to Mirus feed.(reported in another thread) so I need a sample data to test new NT7 features and capabilities (mostly - strategy analyzer).

Yes, you can replay parts of time where no data exists. It is just a timeline on the slider.

You will need to get historical data to test things like the Strategy Analyzer. The Market Replay will not help provide data for backtesting.

No I know that. I am trying to get any reliable data at the moment (to have more or less reliable results of testing).

I have 3 options:

1. Mirus (still cant connect)
2. Market replay (doesnt show any data)
3. Historical data through import (am working on it)

FYI: you just could connect to sim feed and pull replay data from our data server by File->Utilities->Download replay data.
