7B5 Market Replay Data Questions...

Today I downloaded the NQ 03 10 replay data for 12 18....have run it for 2+ hours...the chart patterns are not the same as those collected real time on Friday that I am looking at on another screen to compare with...

Is the replay data an actual capture of each particular days real time data collected by Ninja that one selects to download at Download Repay Data...?? Is this data just from regular market hours or is it 24/7 ??

Have just glanced at RT NQ data back to the 14th and can find nothing similar to the replay data patterns for the 18th downloaded today...

Just to check again...reset Sim data, shut down and re-started and collected NQ 03 10 for 12 18 again...it is showing trading at 1807 or so right at the start & now trading at 1812....but Friday the NQ never exceeded just over 1805 or so....will let it run a bit and see what the chart patterns look like.

The replay data is recorded from Zen-Fire data. If your real-time data is Zen-Fire, then it should be the same otherwise there can be differences since the data is two different sources.

Discovered my error here....after downloading replay data I had let Sim data continue to run...after downloading replay data must disconnect from Simulated Data Feed and then connect to Market Replay Connection.

First time I had tried replay data...& it works well !
