S&P and RUT Not updating in real time...

Have S&P 500 and RUT on separate multi series charts, neither are updating in real time...issue started yesterday ... have made no changes to charts to cause this. Opening new chart does not clear the problem.

Please try these instruments on a SuperDOM. No updates there either? On your charts, please double check your session templates and ending date.

Hi Josh, not updating on the DOM either...session times and end date are accurate and remain as originally input. This just started yesterday out of the blue.

Are any instruments updating at all? What are the exact NT symbols you are using for these two instruments? Please try connecting to only one data provider at a time.

All other instruments are updating fine as were these two until yesterday.
The symbols as they appear in the instrument mgr list are:

^SP500 ^RUT

This is what I tried
1. Connect eSignal (no connection to Zen at this point in time)
2. Open new charts: 1min ^SP500 and 1min ^RUT
3. Bars update fairly infrequently, but they do update.

What I would suggest is checking your Control Center for any error messages and then checking to see if your same eSignal feed works for these instruments in 6.5. If it does not in 6.5, then you may want to see if your data provider can offer you any reason as to why not. If it works in 6.5, but not in 7 please let us know this situation. You could try deleting all your workspaces and templates and starting afresh.
