Basic Entry Increase & Decrease Buttons

In the Basic Entry window...the increase decrease tab does not seem to be working correctly in the second row....hitting + or - there toggles the two rows and moves both the target and the stop if one continues to click there...increase decrease works OK for whatever is in the top row though...this toggle seems confusing...was this intended to be this way ??

The increase decrease tabs in Control Center Orders tab work OK as they did in 6.5.

Playing with this a bit more...in the Control Center...hitting the 2nd line down button to increase or decrease a working order will also toggle that order back and forth to the 1st line...works the same way as in the Basic Entry window.

Hmm ... I just tried to reproduce the issue on the Control Center but failed.
