Impossible to trade EURUSD and GBPUSD futures

Hello,

It is absolutely impossible to have EURUSD and GBPUSD futures charts EVERY european morning since last week in NT7... My chart is always blocked to the last price of the day before, even if bid and ask are correct in the chart trader in the same chart. I already repaired the database, already reloaded historical data, already closed my chart and reloaded a new one and the price is set to last.
I sended an email to support this morning with all the logs and chart data...

Can someone please help me, as I can not trade anymore since days, and that is my job!

Which data provider are you using? Is this only the 6E futures for you or are those ES ones "stuck" too?

Can you please check the session templates being used on the charts? Can you try using Default 24/7?

Hello all,

Thanks for you answers... In fact, I was told to upgrade to NT7 as I was facing issues in 6.5 when trying to download several charts as I trade 3 to 5 markets...
My data provider is Zen-Fire via AMP futures... My ES was completely OK every morning... Now this european morning currencies futures chart are completely correct... I did not make any changes since yesterday in the configuration!! And the session template is 24/7 in all my charts...

Very strange indeed... But fortunately I can trade this morning!!
