No new charts possible- NT7.5

Starting yesterday I have no ability to create new charts. Any chart template or fresh chart created is stuck in loading data.
My three charts from my standard workspace are all ok- data flow fine.
I initially wanted a try a point and figure chart and that was when it locked up and now no other new chart will be created.
I shut down, cleared caches, defragged, restarted and still the same thing.
I have a zenfire connection through mirus.

Ok- now I have taken one of my existing charts that is working and changed it from a 233tick to an 89 tick. the chart has seized up and says loading data- for the last 2 hours.

I tried that the other day.
It seemed to work for the roll over but now when I do it - I already have the drop down to "do not merge".
Still not strating new charts.

If I go to "file""new" "chart" and set up a completely new chart to add to my three I have functioning- after I click"ok" the new chart area goes black ( my background) and says "loading data".
It sticks like this for literally hours... 4 is the longest I had it hanging.. all the while my three other charts are busily working normally. WHen I log off and or shut down and restart- I have my three working normally but cannot begin any new charts.

Start NT7 beta 5
auto connect to mirus futures through zenfire
once connected my workspace is restored and very quickly my three charts begin displaying information- beautiful!
"file"
"new"
"chart"
Data series pops up
Double Click "6E 03-10" so that it appears in lower box and the parameters appear on right box.
select last, minute, 13( or anything really)
session template- use instrument settings
load from "none" chart template ( or any of the ones I have developed)
Click "OK"
The new chart area starts up with my black background with the white words in the top left corner, "loading data".
This last time has been nearly 20 minutes.

This would indicate you have a default template active. Please zip that template and attach it here. Thanks

Unfortunately I still could not reproduce. You template requires 3 data series, in your instructions below you only added one (6E). Thus, I felt free to add 2 more. Worked no problem.

Here is what I suggest: I fixed a couple of issues recently regarding the "Loading data" problem. It might make sense if you retried after next beta is out. Thanks

thanks- actually you asked for the default one but I did say that it doesn't work with any of the other chart templates either.
I even reset the database and that didn't help.
I suppose it will be best for me to wait for beta 6. I I get rid of the other installation and start afresh it might resolve the issue.
