Copy-Paste Line not parallel in Volume charts

Hi Josh,

thanks for the video. I can see that it works as expected on your machine.

I was doing exactly the same thing like you, but when I want to paste, it is not possible. I can select, the dots are shown on the object once it is selected, but that's it. Ctrl-V does not work and "Paste" is greyed out.

If I do this on a single dataseries: no problem at all. On a double data series it does not work.

I have no objection, if you want to access my PC to check it.

If Paste is greyed out it is indicative that your clipboard does not hold onto any selection and that is also why Ctrl+V would not work. Please try right click -> Copying instead of pressing Ctrl+C. Does that work better?

Right click copying does not work either.

Again, everyrthing works for a single data series chart, and everything works for NT 6.5 as well.

Any chart templates? Draw object templates? Bar series templates? Please try removing them all and leave them all default.

Copy paste does not work on single data series if "Equidistant bar spacing" is set to "false". This is reproducible.

So this as well as the latest data gaps have a common source....

Interesting. Works here on my end even with equidistant set to false. We will see if development has any light to shed on this on Monday.

Development has not been able to isolate anything in this regard. One thing to note here is for you to try using Disabled on the snap mode though. Perhaps your lines are snapping to the bars which would then be expected behavior should you have snap mode enabled.

whatever I draw, arrows, text or lines, copy and paste does not work. This is on several machines, and you have personally verified it. So it is 100% reproducible and does not work.

I am not saying that there is nothing wrong. All I am saying is that we have not been able to isolate the issue yet.

As such, it is still on our list till we are able to uncover more information and pin this down.
