Data Not Always Reloading into Tick Chart

I've noticed a few times now that sometimes when 'Reloading All Historical Data' into a tick chart, nothing is loaded. Instead the charts just update as new data comes in.
This may also occur with minute charts but I cannot (yet!) confirm this.

Restarting NT cures the problem - until the next time.

Is there any more information you can provide for us to pin this down? I tried on ES 03-10 with a 150 tick chart on default session template and was unable to reproduce on Zen.

Just tried again.

Restarted NT, no tick chart data as, I assume, nothing was saved. Connected only to Zenfire and data for all tick charts loaded fine. I then right clicked YM 03-10 144-tick chart and reloaded all historical. All the YM 03-10 tick charts that are in the workspace then showed no bars, only realtime data coming in since the right click.

So, all YM 03-10 tick charts are now only charting fresh data as it comes in. There is no historical data since I tried to reload it.

EDIT: just had an issue with GC 02-10. Reloaded historical in 144-tick chart several times and everthing was fine. Went back to 1-minute chart and all but 2-3 bars of historical data had gone. Reloading makes no difference.

I've also noticed that under these conditions 'Loading data...' does not display on the top left corner of the chart.

Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce. The charts always say Loading Data and repopulate here. Can you please try vanilla charts with no indicators or chart templates applied? Any additional information you can provide would be useful. If you can still reproduce with vanilla charts can you please attach your workspace? Thank you.

Have just tried with plain vanilla. Was OK for about 6 reloads of historical data, then I only got data upto Dec 10th (end is Dec 14th). On my 144-tick, 50-tick and 89-tick charts with indicators and template there is now no data.

I did this whilst the market was closed. As the market opened I got the fresh data coming through.
Refreshing now, with the market open, is not filling in the missing data and any data that came in since the last refresh is lost. So, I have data upto the 10th and only anything since the refresh.

Have tried reloading a 2 minute chart at least ten times without any problems. As far as I can tell I'm only getting this issue with tick charts.

Really not sure what other info I can give you :-(

We inspected your workspace further and your charts are set to Days to Load = 0. We suspect you are running into an issue we have fixed for the next version. Please try again on the next beta version and make sure to reset your charts settings before you do so again. Thank you.

Hi Josh

Yes, I am aware of the days to load issue. Initially I set my tick charts to load 3 days but, as you say, they then revert to zero.
