Connection To Data Server Not Available Right Now

I repeatedly get this error.

Error on loading chart data for "xx xx-xx Nymex': Connection to data server is not available right now. Please try again later.

I get this for GC 02-10 and TF 03-10..have not tried the other markets

I just tried 1 minute data for GC 02-10 Nymex and TF 03-10 Nybot no problem.

Please make sure you are on NT7B5. Thanks

Here is my help about w/ version.
Here is the exact error.
I have been receiving this intermittently ...if I try later it usually connects sooner or later... makes it difficult to trade...

You possibly could get this as you download replay data and try downloading historical chart data the same time.
