Bug: Session Data not displayed correctly

For index futures I am using a session template that reflects the electronic Globex session. All index futures are preset to this template at instrument level.

Sometimes, when opening a chart, data from the session is missing, as shown below: the 15 min chart for NQ 12-09 displays no data from 8:45 CT to 15:15 CT. When switching time intervals to 5 min and then back to 15 min, the data is correctly displayed. At the same time NQ 03-10 was displayed correctly. This chart uses the same instrument settings and template.

So this is a bug. Sometimes you open a chart and data, which is well contained in the data base is not displayed for the defined session.

Can you please provide me a screenshot of how exactly you have setup your session template as I am not intimately familiar with the hours? Thank you.

The session template is below. The chart uses GMT +1 (CET) , where as the template uses GMT -6 (Chicago, where CME is located).

I have to admit that the problem occured a few times for different instruments, but that most of the time the charts are displayed correctly, so again unfortunately, as much as I would like, it is not reproducible.

The day when it occured was rollover day, just for information.
