Note: We only would be able to provide support for OptimizationMethods provided by NT. You needed to contact the author in case you would be using a custom OptimizationMethod.

actually, i'm trying to convert my own optimization method from NT6.5 to NT7, and I'm not sure why I'm getting this...

Unfortunately this is beyond what we provide support. You needed to debug your custom optimization method e.g. by using try/catch blocks. As last resort you might consider contacting a certified NinjaScript consultant.

i already tried that - i'm not seeing any exceptions. this message is being printed during the RunIteration() method, none of my code is running at this time - it's all inside NT.
