B5 : Download Replay Data

I searched if this was covered elsewhere but seems not.

Whenever I go File>Utilities>Download Replay Data..., I get a system error:

You can't download replay data while you have the market replay recorder turned on. Please turned it off.

Now this issue occurs when Ninja is connected to Zenfire, so there is no way I could have had two connections. And when no connections are active, Replay or otherwise, I still get the same error.
Shutdown, restart, fresh install failed to fix this issue. No entry in trace file or log.

EDIT: Just saw Dierk related post. For clarification, this issue happened couple of days ago, so is not rollover related, and any instrument gives the same outcome. I am on XP SP3

As the message suggests you needed to turn off your replay recorder before download. see Tools->Options->Data
