Nymex Zen Fire compatibility

Hi guys,

I use a zenfire feed. Nymex instruments such as CL work fine on 6.5.

However on 7b5 there is not data being received or plotted.

Please let me know your thoughts when you have a look at this issue.

raz0rback, thanks for reporting - we're currently reviewing roll over dates assigned for those instruments, please set the CL master symbol in the Instrument Manager to 'DoNotMerge' and retry accessing the individual contracts on the NYMEX.

actually it is now plotting historical data but not updating the live tick data. (other charts are updating, its connected, open hours etc)

interesting. i will play with it. any suggestions?

Please check into the session templates used on your charts, per default it would use the RTH of the symbols begin charted, so for full 24 hrs data try selecting the 24 / 5 or 24 / 7 templates we offer, too.
