DOM freezes

a couple of times I had trades on and tried to move the stop in DOM by clicking on it and DOM froze

on one occasion I was able to move stops and place trades in charttrader while DOM was still not allowing access to move stops or trades or place new orders

on another occasion all NT froze and had to close w Task Manager.....I note on restart that 3 orders had been filled long however atm template stops were not placed...so uncovered longs...also a buy limit order remained

Thanks for reporting. If you happen to get an idea of how to reproduce this behaviour, that would be extremely helpful.

Hi,

This may not be related but seems similar enough to post here.

Either of the DOMs can have the first level Bid/Ask number left behind (see image) as price moves up and down the ladder. The feed is e-Signal - 1 level - NT is b5. The problem will occur pretty much straight away on opening a new DOM.

I had noticed this in an earlier version but overlooked reporting it as I seldom open a DOM - sorry.

If you disable "Show market depth" it will work since you don't have depth information.
