1. I got the hor. grid lines changed. THANK YOU.

3. Not sure what you are referring to. Please clarify.
4. Make sure your data provider supports the instrument and data type you are requesting. Zen-Fire does support minute data for futures.
5. Not sure what you mean. Please clarify.
6. Please ensure that you have cookies enabled on your web browser so you can just leave it logged in.

3. The high - low - close is not the same as on my Q Charts.

5. I set the chart to be a bar chart / OHLC, then when I log back in it changes to be candlestick. . .. and other things too. . . WHY ?

3. Data shown in NinjaTrader is whatever is received from your data provider. If you have different feed for QChart then it is expected that you will see differences in OHLC.

4. What instrument are you trying to open? Have you checked your session templates? Have you checked the number of days back?

5. Did you save your workspace? Did you save a chart template? You need to save at least a workspace for it to restore.

3. I need accurate data. Which provider can I switch to ?. . . how ?
4. a 1 mion. chart should not be difficult to open. Why can't I get it ?
5. I will try checking the templates (but I don't see how that will effect gettinga minute chart / 5 min. chart., and saving the templates to save the settings.

3. We cannot provide you with any recommendations on this regard as we support all of our data providers equally. You could try somewhere like the Elite Trader forums for 3rd party recommendations.

5. Saving templates is not about getting minute charts which is a separate issue you are having. It is about saving OHLC or Candlesticks.
