Futures Continuation

I have the "bring data from server" disabled and I check in the options for
"merge backadjusted". I imported the individual minutes data and set
my own rollover dates (checked the individual contracts to make sure the minute data are there). Is there a way to force it to calcualte the offset?
(There are no daily data for these contracts)
