I created a chart that has six different instruments in Window Panel 1. The purpose of this chart is not to actually view these instruments, but to be able to run the GomRecorder indicator for all of them in one place, to record the Bid/Ask data.
The instruments are 6E, YM, ES, DX, CL and ZB futures, all in a one minute time frame. Datafeed is Zen-Fire. The workspace is a simple one that only has a total of about 9 windows, all of which except for the chart I mentioned are for one instrument.
A chart like this seems to cause 7B5 to freeze during startup, although it will startup eventually. When I opened the Dataseries menu for this chart to reduce the days back for each of the dataseries from 5 to 0, we froze up again. After five minutes or so 7B5 remains completely frozen with Task Manager showing the Athlon 64X2 pegged at 51% CPU usage.
Obviously it's not a wise idea to have a chart like this so I will get rid of it. But maybe this shows a problem that should be addressed. Thanks.
