    - CHARTING - Slide Positioning / Scaling -

I cannot get the price bars on the chart to slide up or down. How can this type of positioning be done ?
(after a big move (up or down) I want the bars in the middle of the screen.

Please try holding the Ctrl key down while dragging the Y axis with the left mouse button.

I just opened vs7, and could not get any chart to appear . . . I finally got one bar on one chart and could slide it from side-to-side, but while holding the CNTRL key could NOT move it up-and-down?
            PLEASE HELP

I was able to get a one min. chart by changing the data to "seconds" and period "60" . . . but the same problem that the bars look very different rom the ones on my Q Charts. Why ?
Also, how do I get 10cent grid lines to appear ?

                  1. To get any bars to show I had to create second charts and set it to a 60 second chart to get a one minute chart, and a 300 second chart to get a 5 min. chart. How else can I do it ??
                  2. The one min/60 sec. chart looked very different than my Q Charts. Why ?
                  3. How can I set the vert. & hor. grid lines to the size I want ??
                  4. How can I get all sessions charts ? (after & before regular north american hours ) ?

                    Bruce,

What data provider are you using? Does your data provider offer historical data? These would be required for you to pull a historical chart.

Horizontal grid lines can only be done based on ticks or points. You can adjust them by right click -> Properties in the price scale.
