I am unable to stream live NG data to a chart in NT7 B5. Historical data is there, but no live updates. Same contract works fine in NT6.5. I am using ZenFire data feed and have tried both Globex and NYmex exchanges.

You will not be able to try both Globex and Nymex at the same time. Please try this instead. Close all NG charts or anywhere you may be trying to receive data from it. This includes the Control Center, please select a different instrument there.
Open a new chart and type NG 01-10 Nymex into the top left box and press Enter. Press OK to open the chart, it should update in real-time.Josh P.NinjaTrader Customer ServiceComment
