Suggestion regarding tool bar at top of screen

I use the Fib Retracement tool and the Ray tool about 100 times a day as I trade.

My keyboard is slid under my desk and hard to reach so I don't use keyboard hotkeys. Currently, I click the drawing tools icon on the top toolbar and then select Fib Retracement.

Would it be possible to add icons on that toolbar for your favorite drawing tools? There is plenty of room on the tool bar.

Please advise.

Todd...here is another idea....Shoot 1.6.4 is a free voice recognition program that gamers use for speed...looks like simple voice commands can activate hotkeys of choice on any program...

Thanks for the idea but I don't want to wear a headset while I trade.

I'm hoping to get comment back from ninja on whether than can add shortcut icons to drawing tools to the toolbar. It seems like that wouldn't be hard to do. TradeStation has had that feature for many years.

Thanks for the voice recognition suggestion. Regarding tool bar icons for drawing tools, this will not happen with the initial release of NT7. This was/is on our master list but was one of those features that we had to drop since as you all know, we were running late with the release of NT7.

Ray....I do think the voice recognition idea could be perhaps easily integrated with the Hot Key manager...there, when you format a hot key, there could be an area to record your voice command for that particular key if desired......This could be really interesting...

The Shoot software linked below does not look that difficult to set up for an exploratory run on this...

Also...a good Logitech desktop mic for commands should work OK on this hopefully. I use one of these with Skype and for video recording...works well.
