loading chart templates doesn`t work

When i want to load a chart template, there is the message: "data loading...". After it disappears, the chart remains black (my background color) and cpu is at 100%. I have tried it many times - after about 20 minutes with 100% cpu load i stopped ninjatrader with the taskmanager.

Which broker / connection are you using?

Is this a migrated over DB file you're using as this is happening?

Do you get a regular chart displayed as expected?

Have you tried different symbols?

Any error(s) in the log tab?

Connection is Zenfire. No migrated stuff - i set up a complete new Ninjatrader 7 on a different machine than my current NT6.5. If i configure my chart manually everything works. If i want to load a preconfigured template, i only get 100% cpu load and an empty, black chart. I tried many different symbols. Unfortunately no errors in the log.

Can you please provide the chart template causing problems? Please also provide the specifications of the chart you had tried to apply the template to?

Were you applying the template to a preexisting chart? Or was the template being applied to a newly created chart on chart creation?

i have attached the template i use. chart specification are also in the zip. i tryed it to apply to a existing chart and also to a new one. nothing works. thanks!

Hi H5612 !

This is a bug which is fixed and the fix will be available with the next udpate of NinjaTrader. FYI: Reason for the problem was: combination of saving the template with a fixed scale panel, a saved value for horizontal gridline interval and supposably German number format settings screwed the template up.
