7B5 Right Chart Price Margin & Stacked Charts

The margin widths in the price columns has been changed in 7B5 so that there are different widths depending on the instrument. (left screen shot below...NT7B5)....This makes it difficult to stack charts and easily see correlations between markets...right screen shot below from NT6.5 shows how neatly charts can be stacked with same margin in price columns.

An option to set the price column margin in pixels would correct this if users desired. Also an option to set top and bottom chart margins would be good...the charts occasionally run into labels now and margins are currently set very close to the top and bottom...

Yes, we did this to provide as much viewable space per chart. I can see how this adversely impacts stacking charts. As a workaround, you can create a multi-series chart. In any case, I will add your concern to our feedback list.

Ray...thanks for the info...

I have explored multi series a bit...multi series tick charts just do not show the (potentially) dense clusters of ticks at turns etc. as well graphically as regular tick charts do...that is why I still prefer regular tick charts generally (in addition to seconds charts) ...tho multi series do have other benefits.

Alternately in 7B5 the price column can be shown on the left side of charts ....then in stacked charts last prices line up...
