Market Replay issues

at 10:36 today I downloaded NQ data from Zen-Fire

no problem in replay

at 3 pm I downloaded the day again

MR will not play past 10:36....see attached

I deleted db/data/...30 nov file and downloaded whole day again for 3:30 pm....thinking NT7 is having trouble overwriting the previous file

no difference...still will not play past 10:36....even though MR slider shows much more data

it automatically pauses....clicking play does not advance.....just goes back to pause

What time zone are you in? Please try downloading a file after markets too, saving a copy of your "messed up" replay file.

I was unable to reproduce on my set of downloaded replays. Tried 11/30 and 12/1. Can you reproduce on 12/1 today? If so, please attach your replay files which you can reproduce on.

I could not reproduce today either.....

downloaded NQ at 11 and again at 130 and MR played straight thru to 130

tried again on nov 30 data that stopped last time.....played through to end

must be something to do with restarting NT this morning I suppose...i..e cleared the problem

occurred again today running MR beta 5

downloaded NQ from zenfire at 9:51:31 AM.....ran fine

downloaded again at 12:20......MR stopped at exactly 9:51:31 AM.

I have sent replay file to your attention by email

Your file played right on through to 12:20 on my end. I am playing with 500X. What are you doing? Did you use the Go To feature at all before hand? I am doing this off of a blank workspace. No charts, nothing.

yes...I use goto 9:30:00 then play 500x

I will try again....then if error occurs again, I will restart NT7....I think that is what cleared it last time

played fine for me this time also....however I forgot I had a couple of crash/restarts since the first time

the first time I was:

1. live trade cash Zenfire
2. dowloaded NQ
3. disconnect Zen
4. connect MR and play NQ to 9:51:31 AM
5. edited some code and ran replay several times
6. disconnect MR
7. connect Zen...download to 12:20
8. disconnect zen
9. connect MR...GoTo 9:30:00...play .500....stopped at 9:51:31 AM

Note ....no restarts during above time period

Tried again and was unfortunately unable to reproduce. If you are able to lock down exact procedures to reproduce we would be interested in the steps.

the exact steps I use to reproduce twice now are above

only way I have found to clear problem is to restart NT

are you using zenfire feed and NQ ? on same morning?....i.e. it seems to require that I connect to live feed at session open and then download....do MR....then download more...and at that point MR will not play past the first download time unless I restart NT

fourth day in a row

1. connect zen
2. download NQ at 12:14:03
3. connect MR....play 500x to end of data at 12:14:03
4. 20 mins later connect zenfire download again
5. connect MR....goto 12:00:00 ..NOTE a lot of room at end of slider.....play 500x to end of data ....stops at 12:14:03....will not play further...if move slider to end, it comes back to 12:14:03

6. restart NT
7. connect MR...goto 12:00:00 ...NOTE very little time left at end of slider...
8. play 500x....stops at 12:30:33...no problem

conclusion: there is a bug in download ....you can see it by the slider profile....restarting NT clears problem
