error on start after XP update

    error on start after XP update

    I have a big problem. I updated XP op. system and after that the NT7 doesen't want to start intimately after the connection. each restart appear the error window. where can I find the trace file in question to send you to find the reason of the problem? It was repaired -the error is still- after that removed the NT7 and reinstall but the problem come forward again.

      the probelm is I can't log in the application because of the error window. it remain for me only one choice to close the appl. so that I can't send e-mail from within the NT7. in this situation what can I do? how can I solve the probelm?

        Please send an email with Attn Bert in the subject and attach the log and trace files manually. You can find them in Documents\NinjaTrader 7\logs and \traces respectively.

          Unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce so far, what would be the exact steps after which you see this issue happening? Have you already tried to close NinjaTrader 7 down, deleting workspaces from the MyDocuments\NinjaTrader 7\workspaces folder and then restarting / reconnecting fresh?

            Hi Bertrand,

            It's achieved. I erased all files from MyDocuments but nothing happend and the problem was still. it was solved once I accidentally restarted the NT7 when the NT6.5 was running. the program is running since. I haven't glue what was the problem...
