Issue with CAC40 future

Hi,

We can't succeed in charting the CAC40 Dec 09 future in Ninja Trader 7 through IB. It works with Ninja Trader 6.5. We applied the same settings in 7 and can't get it to work. The connection netween ninja 7 and IB is working (the DAX dec 09 future chart can be displayed).

If necessary I can provide you access to a paper account in case you do'nt have access to the CAC40 future.

Edit : We can chart the CAC40 Index, but not the CAC 40 Dec 09 future

Can you please try this to see if it makes a difference?

- Go to the Instrument Manager
- Find CAC40
- Set the Merge Policy to "DoNotMerge"
- Restart NT and try again

We've tried and it doesn't make any difference. CAC 40 December future is not displayed. Would you like to get our Interactive brokers paper account credentials?

With my IB demo account running TWS 898.4 in connection with NT 7.0.0.4 it works right away with DEC CAC 40 Futures on the MONEP exchange. Can you please recheck your instrument / exchange setup?

We've made several attempts with 6.5 and then with 7 (and triple - checked the settings to make sure they were identical)

We've got it : It works now. By default in 6.5 both market monep and matif are checked when we look at the exchanges associated to the CAC 40 future (edit option in instrument manager)

In 7, only Monep needs to be checked. If both Monep and Matif are checked, it does not work.

Great you got it working - I got both exchanges checked for the Master CAC40 instrument, too - but then as you move it to your default list you would select then which one explicitly to use.
