Cash account realizes PnL not updated

Accounts tab realized PnL is not calculated and posted for cash trade from Dorman/Mirus. Account Performance calculations are correct.

Please double check you are on NT7: Help->About.

If so, then: RealizedPnL on your NT7 ZenFire account is coming natively from ZenFire. I'll ask ZenFire support what might be going wrong.

To clarify: are you saying that a position was closed (by an order fill), however your RealizedPnL would not have updated?

Yes. In the Account tab after a cash trade was closed, the PnL space for the Cash account was blank, it did not have 0.00 or anything. It had not been updated. The PnL in a demo account trade in Sim 101 did post the proper amount in its PnL box.

Let me try to clarify:
- the RealizedPnL column of your ZenFire cash account held a value (was NOT blank)
- next you closed a position
- the RealizedPnL colums of your ZenFire cash account STILL was blank

Is that EXACTLY what happened? Please provide information as accurate as possible. Thanks

The PnL column for the cash account did not have any amount shown for the closed positions Still blank. I did not look at it prior to the trade. I will trade cash on Monday and see if it occurs again. I made 2 trades that were profitable and my Dorman statement showed the trades accurately.

Would you still know around what time you close the position? If so, then please could you send your logs and traces by Help->Mail to support, subject "for Dierk" and reference this thread. Thanks
