Is there a way to setup NT in a cluster,
so that if one computer goes down (hardware-wise)
the program could still run?

Unfortunately we are no network/cluster experts. We would not know what could be required to set up what yo have in mind nor are we aware of the potential restrictions imposed by NT.

What I meant to say, is if you are aware of any
server setup where there is redundancy for computer
related failures of the sort of hard disk, power supply failure,
video card failure .....
