    Shift-F3 crashes NT7

    The old 'Shift-F3' key shortcut to switch from one workspace to the next crashes NT7. Please fix.

    I see you have posted several times with an angry face icon. I realize running into bugs is frustrating but this is beta software and while your participation is highly appreciated, you have to expect you are going to run into issues.

    Should this still be acceptable, then please send us your logs/traces via Help --> Mail To Support, include in the subject "For Ray" and reference this thread. I can't reproduce the reported problem on our latest beta update so I would want to see your logs/traces to see if that may help understand what is happening.

      Well, in my defense I was running into a ton of walls over the weekend - that's the only time I really have the cycles to test NT7. Unfortunately only the backup crew is around then thus I didn't get much of a response to my questions.

      In either case - somehow you guys dropped me off the notification list and I basically realized I had spent 20 hours testing an old beta release. Hence the grumpy face.

        I see. Please send a note to sales at ninjatrader and we will make sure that your name is on the list. I would also ensure that you did not remove yourself from our Constant Contact email service. This is what we use and if you at some point in time opted out of our emails, for sure you will not get any further announcements.

          I didn't remove myself from anything. Your sales team missed to add my email to the distribution list, which lead to me testing an old beta for over 20 hours last weekend.
