NTD file used by another process

Every time I am trying to load one of my multi instrument indicators I get this following error and NT7 freezes:

Dtn.Adapter.MessageLoopLookup msg='!ENDMSG!,': The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\myusername\Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\tick\^NYSE_DVOL\200911131400.Last.ntd' because it is being used by another process.

Not sure what other process would be using it. Whatever it is - it's crashing NT7 - any help would be appreciated.

Please turn off your virus scanner or exclude the directory <my documents>/NinjaTrader7 from your virus scanner since it would lock files which NT needed to write to.

I am using Avira and as far as I know it does not lock the file system in any way. BTW, I am using Windows 7 and am running NT7 as an admin - but I have experienced strange behavior in that regard - not really sure I understand how Win7 manages all that.

I just checked with cygwin and that entire branch is set to 777 - so, it should be able to read/write to it.

Still no change

Okay, I disabled my virus scanner altogether and am still getting this error - which basically freezes NT7.

New information

It seems that this error only occurs when I have DTN connected. So, it's a data locking problem between you guys and IQData. Please investigate...
