    Copy Paste Text Object Exception

    I received exception "ninja trader needs to close" errors attempting to Copy/Paste a Text Drawing Object using Ctrl-C Ctrl-V. I received this Error multiple times. Exiting the application and re-opening had no effect.

    During my work session ultimately pressing F12 and then clicking the chart ALSO started causing this error. I simply ignored the non modal error dialog and clicked the chart again and the text box edit window would open and I could save my text on the chart. In a short period I received many many many of these errors.

    I attempted to email you my logs @ 12:00 AM Nov 14th using Help-> email support but your servers did not respond and ninja stated it could not send the email.

    Ctrl-C-V text object or draw tool duplication has always worked OK for me...

        In my Current workspace. Yes!
        I just clicked F12 and attempted to add a text comment to my chart and received the error.

          Great...

          However, if you select Mail To Support, check the workspaces, include "Atten Ray" and reference this thread, sending the email will fail?

            Yeah ... the email cannot be sent from Ninja 7.0. I access other smtp servers ...outside my provider ... I am not filtering port 25..i sent the mail from my email client after RARing the files

            it seems my provider blocked the ip/port ..it used to work fine when I was on 6.5

              Thanks for the files, I unfortunately can't reproduce on our current sources so maybe whatever issue you were running into no longer exists? In any case, could you retry with the next Beta update (Beta 5). Thx.
