Concerning the "key-snatching" bug/feature: Installed beta 4 on the laptop where I experienced the difficulties in changing TWS Logoff time and.... they're gone! Seems to be resolved

Sorry, I didnt make myself clear - when I first ran into the problem, I was still on B3. After installing B4, it looked like it was gone, but came back later.
