There seems to be a lot of inconvenience about the variety of the new templates in NT 7 and the loss of the templates as defined in 6.5.
I understand that from a structural point of view an implementation of the NT 6.5 template seems not to be appropriate for NT 7.0.
But what about a simple copy function, that makes a copy of an existing chart for further modification. This function should be quite easy to implement.
