Let's say that price was BELOW level X when you opened the menu, and you wanted to place a buy stop order. While the menu is open, but before you place the order (by clicking on "Buy Stop at X"), price goes ABOVE level X. You then proceed to click on "Buy Stop at X", but instead of getting an error message that says something like, "You can't put a buy stop below the market" (as it would in NT6.5), Chart Trader will place a SELL Stop order. This is a potentially large problem.

In beta 4, if you have the cursor at price level X on a chart using chart trader, and you right click to open the context menu:
