Drawing problems with DrawRegion and Plots

A couple drawing issues.... Running NT7 Beta4

Using DrawRegion ()

The #2 picture shows what it is supposed to look like... that is the correct result.

The interesting thing is... If I horizontal scroll the chart left & right then the picture changes
to look like screen shot #1. Incorrect drawing.
If I then hit F5 to reload then it again returns to looking correct like screen shot #2.

The screen shots show a second issue as well...
In NT6.5 the circled areas in this picture would not be drawn but in NT7 it is.

The Green and Red square plots are the High and Low of the day.
I set the dataseries to values during regular trading hours and not setting during after hours (ES Chart).
In NT6.5 the line would not connect/Join through the AH time period. In NT7 it looks to be joining them.
I tried doing a reset on each value in AH to be sure it was not set to anything and same result.
