Chart Disappears When Connecting

    Chart Disappears When Connecting

    My charts disappear when I connect to MB Trading.
    The chart window says "Loading data.."
    The chart is visible before connecting, and it reappears after disconnecting from MBTrading.
    I am using NT 7.0.0.4 and MB Navigator 11.3.0.4
    The chart end time is today's date.
    Session time is 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
    Current time is 9:17 AM
    This was not a problem with NT6

    Camdo,

    Which instrument and which chart type? Please try on a blank chart with no indicator, draw objects, strategies, etc.

    Please also try recreating your MBT account connection.

      Candlestick chart with all default parameters
      Recreating account connection did not fix problem.

      Account connection parameters:
      connection = MB TRADING
      provider = MBTrading
      backupdatafeed = None
      Server type = Live
      Load navigator window on connect = True
      Use snapshot data = False

            Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce. Please try a complete fresh reinstall of both MBT Navigator and NT. Be sure to delete Documents\NinjaTrader 7 (you will lose everything so backup anything you need first).

              NT7 was uninstalled
              NT7 reinstalled (This time data was not migrated from NT65)
              MBT Navigator was uninstalled
              MBT Navigator reinstalled
              Chart still will not work.
              I did get an error message when closing a chart window:
              Error(errClientSideConnect) on loading historical data.

              To my knowledge MBT provides real time minute data but does not provide historical data.

                Camdo, attempting to reproduce this on a demo and live account and did ran into an issue we're checking now into, will update you as soon as I have more info, thanks.

                  I got same problem, also cannot download historical data anymore from mbtrading demo account, was able to do it with beta 9 some time ago but not with beta 10 anymore.

                    Hi music_p13,

                    Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader support forum!

                    We have just released a new version of the NinjaTrader 7 beta (7.0.0.11) which should resolve this issue. You will be receiving an email with a instructions to download the new version of the NinjaTrader 7 beta as well as another version of the MB Trading Navigator.


                    Once you have received the message, please upgrade your NT7 and MBT Navigator installations, then test again and let me know if the issue persists.
