Warning - Update to beta 4 crashes NT7

Just updated to latest beta. Ninja keeps crashing everytime it loads.

Have tried restarting program and rebooting computer - no effect.

Everything seems to load fine eg chart etc but the dreaded Ninja needs to close down box appears and the chart is left blank with a big red X in it.

Have sent trace files etc to support.

Beta 4 keeps crashing

Well I received the auto generated message from your servers saying that the message has been received.

I have tried resending again. Ninja says mail message sent.

How do I manually pick up the trace files?

Please try a fresh workspace setup by manually deleting all files in folder <my documents>/NinjaTrader7/workspaces. Thanks

Noticed something very minor. Constructed a chart with YM 1min data series. Added another YM data series for 2 min. On selecting the drop down box for time periods on the main chart window, I notice that trying to select 1 min again had no effect. Other times worked fine of course.

Is this correct behaviour? Cannot help but think that if selecting 1 min has no effect, there should be an error message poping up or something as with many instruments etc on the same chart it can take a while to work out what you are doing wrong.

When you are in a multi-series chart and you don't select any series it means that drop down menu influences the primary series. Since your primary series is already of 1min, selecting 1min will not do anything since it is already of 1min.

Now if you selected the secondary series and tried to switch it to 1min you will get a popup because you already have a 1min series of the same instrument on the chart.
