How to you get set up to trade the smaller markets. Cant seem to pull up a chart with these mini markets. What is involved. Thanks

You will need to ensure the data provider you are using supports the instruments you wish to trade. Which data provider are you on?

What exactly are you typing in to the Data Series window for the instruments you are trying? Are you providing the expiry months?

Please go to your Control Center logs and do you see any error messages?

Please try using the J7 12-09 with the Globex exchange, not the CME. Just add this to the J7 master instrument in the Instrument Manager and then remove the present J7 instrument from the default list and move it back on with the Globex one selected, I get data then...

still no good. Have tried to input the new J7 and the mini corn, still cant get data feed. Is amp not able to trade these markets?

salhansen, you would need to check with your broker directly - with my ZenFire account and the J7 12-09 symbol using the Globex exchange I can get Level 1 market data successfully in the latest NT7 beta (7.0.0.3).

Do you still see the error in the log after the exchange modification - 'Instrument J7 not supported' ?
