Chart Properties window position sometimes partially hidden...

This is minor...if you have a small chart at the lower right of a workspace and click the Chart Properties icon the window will appear with the lower portion hidden...you have to drag up to see the bottom...screen shot below...

If yo click the Data Series icon for the same chart that window will appear full size...no hidden bottom...

Sorry I don't follow. Here is what I just tried:
- placed a small chart lower right corner of the screen
- pulled up right click->data series dialog. Dialog fits perfectly in the lower, right corner. Nothing clipped -> no problem here
- pulled up right click->properties dialog. Dialog fits perfectly in the lower, right corner. Nothing clipped -> no problem here
- same with any other right click dialog I tried -> no problem there as well

If you mean, that you needed the scroll the grid of the properties grid, then this is expected.

The Chart Properties window appears OK full size initially on another second copy of NT computer in a similar chart arrangement of a smaller chart placed in bottom of 1/2 of screen.

Just noticed though ...if I set the vertical size of the Chart Properties window smaller in size (so that just a bit over 1/2 of the properties grid shows)...then when you open on a small chart at bottom of screen the bottom portion of Chart Properties with the OK buttons etc. will not be hidden...!...guess I had that window set too large vertically initially.
