    Strange popup message

I was just clicking and dragging in the x-axis to change bar spacing and this popped up. I've never seen it before, so I figured I would post it.

If it happens again, or I get anymore details, I'll let you know. If you have any more questions let me know.

This obviously is related to the chart data box. Would be great if you had a reproducible scenario for us.

      Dierk,

Here's a little more info. It has happened a few times. The most recent gives more info (see the picture). I tried closing the databox and reopening it, and I had global crosshairs turned on, so I turned that off. And got this last message. I have a few multi-series (time frame) charts open and have made a couple simple indicators (just EMAs) for multi-time frames.

I included a screenshot of the log. There were some index out of range exceptions thrown last night. And I realize it commonly happens with not enough bars. But I have noticed several times that I've had that exception thrown using just the built in EMA function. In fact you can see the exception from that indicator also in the log. I have EMA applied to multi-series charts, so I have wondered if that causes problems. What I find curious, is that the last pop-up message referenced "index out of range" and yet there was no exception at that time in the log.

I haven't been able to "make this happen" although it has happened a few times. I will continue to see if I can nail it down on my end and keep you informed.

To double check: you are on B3 right?

BTW, that reminds me. I read somewhere that one of the support staff mentioned a clean install with the new beta versions. I just installed over b2, is the suggested method for new beta versions to do a clean install?

Hmm .. good question. Could be be worth a try. In general there is no need for a clean install on update but since so much stuff have been fixed...
