Always on top

Always on top does not persist for time and sales, have to uncheck then check it again.

it's fine till restart NT. right click, select always on top, and yes i save workspace on every exit. here's the kicker though, sometimes it loses this setting and sometimes it doesn't. Had same thing in 6.5

I tried several times, but unfortunately was not able to reproduce. It came up as Always on Top every time.
