    Cursor defaults back to pointer from cross hair on restart.

    Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce. Can you please clarify your setup? I used a single chart, set to crosshairs, saved workspace, closed and then restarted NT = chart still using crosshairs.

    Please also be sure you are on 7.0.0.3. Thank you.

      well I'm sure it's a debuggers nightmare. It doesn't do it all the time. I have about 9 charts, 1-3 will come up back to cursor with a really wide bar spacing from time to time. I can't isolate anything. Not a big deal, just putting it out there.

        I tried again with multiple setups and was unfortunately unable to reproduce. If you ever figure out any further information on this we would be interested. Please also ensure you are on 7.0.0.4 now. Thank you.

          Same thing has been happening to me. It is inconsistent, and it seems that perhaps the cross-hair cursor is only saved if I re-save the workspace, or the chart properties or something. Can't figure out what it is related to.
          Yes I am on 7.0.0.4.

            Please provide your workspace where you can't successfully save your crosshairs. Yes, you will need to save your workspace to recover a workspace with the changed crosshairs.

              I just did it now and it did not save the cross hairs.

              Workspace file won't attach. It says "invalid file." Both when I first save the file to a different location and also when I try to attach it to this directly from NT7 workspaces directory.

              And also when I close NT7 and try to attach it.

              File extension is .xml

              Suggestions?

                Not sure I follow. Can you or can you not save the workspace in NinjaTrader? To send the workspace file please use the Mail to Support in the Help menu and check the Workspaces checkbox. Please write Attn Josh in the subject and put a link to this thread in the email. Thank you.
