slow startup to Mirus

It takes about 5 seconds to connect using v6.5. It takes 30+ seconds using v7.

It takes me longer than 5. It takes about 3 times longer to connect to mirus/zenfire w/ 7 than it did w/ 6.5

To isolate this we needed access to a live account at the time you experience the issue. If you would be willing to have me access your live account then please email me your credentials to "dierk AT ninjatrader DOT com" and I could compare 6.5 and 7.

Also: I noticed that in some 6.5 DBs there are some strategies still marked as "active" although they aren't. I'm unsure at that time what in 6.5 could have caused that. However, the issue could be resolved by trying a fresh start and manually deleting the DB file <my documents>/NinjaTrader7/bin/NinjaTrader.sdf.
