bid ask in charttrader not updating

started NT7b2
connected ZenFire
opened workspace with NQ and YM 90 sec charts
bid ask not updating in either chart....bar plots and price scale fine
reload all historical data in chart does not fix
session time not issue as bar plot are fine

tried to place buy limit order in both charts...both times error says no instrument....however instruments are both plotting bars fine...and my custom ind is running fine

possibly something to do with workspace???

tried removing/adding charttrader from both charts....still bid ask bug....only change is background went from white to gray which is the default for sim101

opened new NQ chart with same ind set....bid ask updating fine

checked a day chart of NQ that was saved in workspace without charttrader....added charttrader and it updated fine

so issue is NQ and YM 90 sec chart were corrupted when workspace saved?

changed data series from 90 to 180 sec and bid ask issue resolved

Not sure. If you see any pattern with workspace saves causing this to go off we would like a copy of your workspace xml with the issue. Thank you.

Same thing happened to me. Opened Workspace saved from prior day and had to close chart and open new one to restore functionality.

The next time you guys see this issue, please don't close that chart and send us the workspace .xml. We would appreciate that. Thank you.
