Reload data does not work, Stock chart does not Up-to-Date.

I could not reload data. No any action happen after click Reload All button.

Stock chart cannot shows today Daily,Minute,Tick bars. Even data period property is entered today date.

I use TD Ameritrade. I cannot reload data after session hours. And after session, NT7 could not show the last current date's bar (10/22/09) or whole intra day minutes bars. Only shows previous day's daily or intra day bars. Weekly bar chart cannot shows correct either. I have checked all current day's data in the Historcial Data Manager's EDIT content. But cannot show on the chart. If I changed Stocks Chart's properties' DATA SERIES's END DATE value to greater than today's date (for exemple 10/23/09). NT7 will detect an error need to be showdown. Another bebug is during the live session hours, from stocks chart's daily bar switch to 60,30 or 15 other minutes option, it will always show 1 minute bar chart and less period of a few bars. It should switch to correct bar chart after click Daily option to select any minutes other than 1 minute chart.

Charting missing current day after hours is a known bug which should be fixed in the next version. Please try again then and see if your issues are resolved.

During trading session, loading data is improved. But when you switch from daily chart to minutes chart, NT7 beta3 only switchs to 5 days intra-day data which is not enought to draw full page chart. Please add a function - the custom intra-day chart's period time set up. And this custom intra-day's minutes chart option can appear at drop down menu. For example, from daily chart switch to 100 minutes (custom period-intra-day chart), NT7 should automatically load 60 days (according to custom period intra-day chart the number of days load set up ). If custom request data is over the intra-day chart data in the system, NT7 should automatically reload the data from data provider or responds an error message).

I believe reload data function still has a problem. Sometime is not working properly.

When you switch to a minute chart it takes whatever you have set as default for the minute chart. Default is a lookback of 5 days. Set a longer default if you want more days to load.

I can find this default minutes chart set up in NT6.5. But I couldn't find any default minutes chart set up in NT7 beta 3->Tools->Options->Data. Please advice where can I find it. Thanks.

In the Data Series window for adding series. Just select the Period Type = Minute, adjust how many days you want to load, right click -> Set default.
