Incorrect volume with Patsystems

With my Patsystems connection the volume does not show correctly. This morning on the ES 12-09 it was showing less than 1000/minute. It should have been 5K-10K/minute so my volume charts are showing only about 10-20% the number of bars it should be showing. This was also an issue in 6.5 and I was told was to be corrected in 7.

Is there any settings or anything I need to do on my end to correct this?

For clarification -

- You mentioned that the issue is in 6.5
- So does this mean the volume reported is more or less the same between 6.5 and 7
